We primarily act as a Business-to-Business (B2B) service provider. The personal information we collect depends on your interaction with us (e.g., a Client/HR Contact vs. a Service Participant/Transitioning Employee).

Full Name, Personal and/or Work Email Address, Phone Number, Mailing Address, Resume Data (Employment History, Job Titles, Educational History, Skills/Qualifications), Resume Intake Survey data, Coaching Intake Survey data, Interview Feedback, and Salary/Compensation expectations. | Primarily from the Client (your former employer) (to enroll you in the program) and Directly from you (surveys, coaching sessions, interviews). | To deliver the core Outplacement Services: career coaching, resume writing, job search assistance, and tracking participant progress until a successful job landing.

Background/Public Data
Information from public social media sites (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, and professional registers. | Third-party service providers (e.g., pre-employment screening), public search. | To augment your professional profile, enhance resume and coaching strategy, and as part of the job search process.

B. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not generally seek to collect Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., political opinions, religious beliefs, health data) from our B2B clients. However, Service Participant Data (such as certain background or educational history) may be considered sensitive under some laws. We will only process such data where strictly necessary to provide the Services and only in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

We use and share your personal information to deliver our Services, manage our business, and comply with legal obligations.

To measure, maintain, and improve the Services, and to develop new offerings. We use website usage data on an aggregated, de-identified level where possible. | Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), and internal development teams.

Marketing & Communication

To send B2B communications about our Services to Client contacts. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time. Marketing platform providers.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures designed to safeguard information in our possession against loss, theft, and unauthorized use. However, no system is entirely secure.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations (e.g., up to seven years for client records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
